Phonics and Word Skills with a Shark Theme
This is a good packet to review skills and let students work independently on. I use it mainly for "Do Now" or for student to work on when they finish early. This packet contains the following sheets: 1 word building/play, 1 rhyming sheet, 1 phonic sheet to revew the ´sh´ blend, 1 fill in the blank on shark facts, 1 dictionary skill sheet, 1 antonym sheet (use the opposite of the word given).
The fill in the blank shark facts do not need to be taught ahead of time, unless you want to. Using context clues and only the words in the word bank, it is completely possible to answer all the sentences correctly.
