English powerpoint: Capital punishment Capital punishment

This presentation can be used for class debating on capital punishment. Firstly, you can preteach some vocabulary asking your students to match pictures to their meanings. Then get SS to debate FOR or AGAINST Capital Punishment. You can complicate the task by dividing SS into two groups: 1 - FOR, 2 - AGAINST without asking their opinion. Give them a few minutes to prepare for the conversation. Then ask them to debate one-to-one in turns proving their point of view.
