I use this PowerPoint to teach my English 11 students about Rhetorical Devices prior to beginning our unit. During this unit we read non-fiction pieces and analyze the Rhetorical Devices used in each. It was very helpful, and students did enjoy learning how to identify/use these devices because they all want to learn how to persuade and get their way!
