CRISSCROSS BINGO
This is Bingo with an original twist! Give each small group a set of bingo boards (one for each student), a set of small cards with verbs printed on them, and a box with any small objects. The small cards are divided into “Horizontal” and “Vertical” cards. Students place them in two different piles. A student starts by taking a small card from each pile. He has to say a sentence with each verb using the target structure. Cards should be taken randomly. Tell students not to follow the order in which the cards are placed in the pile. Students check their bingo boards to see if they have those two verbs. If they have them, they follow the lines where they meet and place a small object to mark that square. Students continue taking turns saying the sentences. The first student to get four in a row is the winner!
