Guessing Game: Clothes and Colors
This is a guessing competition game. Divide the class in two big groups.Students work in pairs. Make two lines. In one line students sit looking at the board. On the other line they can not look at the board. The teacher shows the power point projection and they have to guess what is written there. Who is the winner?
1. Variation: they could point to their classmates and make their partner guess using -ing sentences (she [point to a girl in the class] is wearing a...).
2. Variantion: let them know that they can only start when you say OK. (sometimes they might start before you say that so you remind them not to do so).
3. Variation: Whoever raises hands first, the teacher checks immediately if the answer is correct. If not give another person a chance.
4. Variation: When a pair of students score correctly, all of the students can change places with their partner.
