This is a presentation about 1984 by George Orwell. It is just a brilliant book. It is excellent to discuss some issues related to the governments and the way our world is. Itīs a very pessimistic book and it is full of criticism. One of my favourites. You can use it with your students to provoke some really nice discussions about freedom,slavery,war and governments. "Ignorance is strength. Freedom is slavery. War is peace". Just this excerpt of the book alone can create great discussions. Hope it is useful
