English powerpoint: Grammar Auction Grammar Auction

Grammar auctions are the best way to review grammatical issues in the classroom whilst injecting a bit of fun into proceedings. Split the class into teams and give them Ģ5000 (imaginary unless it can be covered in your budget) then tell students they must buy only the correct sentences. Itīs best to keep minimum bets to Ģ200 or they may never leave the class! The team that buys the most correct sentences will win. Extension activity - students can then correct the incorrect sentences with explanations! Enjoy!
