In spoken english, Americans often say "a" instead of "one" before hundred, thousand, etc. and they often add "AND" before the last number:
example a hundred and twenty-four a thousand and seven, etc.

613 872. is read as; Six hundred thirteen thousand eight hundred and seventy-two. Americans add the "and" before the last two digits and hyphenate the 72.
Thereīs no coma, between the 3 and the 8, because I was using the arrows to separate the numbers.
