Gap fill for vocabulary for a 5th grade lesson
I wrote this series of practice sentences myself. I used vocabulary that is considered (by Korean English teachers here in Seoul) as being at the 5th grade level. I tried to make the sentences engaging and interesting to the students. A good way to use this PowerPoint is in drills. Another suggestion is that after the class practices saying each of the sentences together out loud (i.e. a type of drill,) then additionally every student could write down each sentence as itīs shown slide by slide. This way reading and writing, as well as speaking, could be all practiced to some degree. I hope your students enjoy it as they learn/review some vocabulary relevant to their level. Best regards
