If I Were...
Students make a "Dream Cloud" (pictured on the first slide. Itīs really easy to make and on each raindrop I had them write a sentence using conditionals. They worked in small groups to put together their raindrops/lightening bolts/etc to make their dream cloud. They look really good hanging up in the English room.
To help, I also made a list of famous place/places/etc to help get them thinking about a dream. For example, "millionaire, house in Paris, president" and then some silly things like "If I were a gorilla..." Lots of flexibility with the task so use it how your students need!!
