Boats in China
As I teach and examine in China I often find they students lack observation skills for everyday events or activities. I created this ppt to support IELTS Preparation as noted students knew little about the use of boats in China for industrial, fishing and recreational purposes. Although originally created for Chinese students I am sure it may be used in other countries for cultural awareness lessons. There are some discussion questions. I have included sample IELTS Style questions on how the students could be tested in a speaking test in this topic area. It could also support IELTS essay writing for a transport related topic.
