Baby Items
While teaching language skills to very young children, it is always better to start with something they know or are aware of.
I decided to make a PPT of all things which are used for either babies or young children at home. The parents could be still using these things for them or for their younger siblings. While showing the PPT I encouraged children in my class to share their understandings or experiences of the materials shown on the screen. In many cases, I also got actual samples of these things which children could feel by touch, sound and smell.
The children enjoyed the presentation very much.
