This is a ppt I did for my masterīs degree (which means that I havenīt implemented it). SS have to read a book before doing it: Judi Barrettīs Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (as an alternative, you can make them watch the movie of the same title). To check the reading comprehension, they answer questions related to the the contents, and do exercises on "weather" vocabulary, the first conditional, and a listening comprehension (a video clip from the movie itself). As a follow up, they write a composition on an unlikely weather phenomenon (it might be the HW). The instructions in the explanatory boxes below the slides are in Spanish (sorry for that).
