This is a graphic novel of a mystery I set up for my students in the virtual world known as Second Life. The students worked in teams to solve the mystery, and I took photographs of them as they worked. Then the students used my pictures to make this graphic novel with Comic Life software. Later a few of the students and I made a video of this mystery which is available on my YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/1FSWjwK-rYA?list=PL02C042E023737F19 You may have the students read the graphic novel and solve the puzzles inside it, but I would also like to encourage you to consider making your own mysteries and graphic novels and movies similar to what I have done. Getting students involved in these larger projects calls on them to really push their language levels and creates wonderful souvenirs for them.
