Video: What is globalization?
This power point activity starts presenting some flags of different countries around the world as a pre-listening. You could use the slides to elicit information of country, nationality and capital city. After that, one slide presents the question "What is globalization?", definitions and charateristics of globalization could be elicited from students. Then comes the listening part. Some questions must be answered based on a youtube video, named "What is globalization". In the end, students are invited to gather in groups and develop a debate, interpreting some pictures. It is a post-listening activity, so students must relate the pictures with the concept of globalization.
