I focused on vocabulary and pronunciation, so that they can actually practice ordering food in real life. Once I finished the presentation I printed a template for the studetns to create their own menus and then break in group of 3 or 4 and take turns being the waiter and customer. For more advanced students you can hand out situation cards and have them act that out in the restaurant. Hope this helps someone! Adios!
