Idioms
I decided to start an activity in my classes called “Idiom of the day”. Each class students are presented a new idiom with examples and then they have to try to guess the meaning. As a follow up activity, students have to try to use the idiom during the classes (when they answer a question, when they give an opinion or when they describe a picture). This has been so much fun!
