I think that base is amazing.
Start the lesson by writing the title on the board " I think baseball is ........"
students complete the sentence with a participle( amazing ,boring , interesting. make sur the students use -ing participle).Handout the worksheet and read through the participles together. do this two or three times until the students feel confident with the words.
Next get the students to translate the participles in the own language.
step 2: practice the Q + A with the students and explain they will ask 3 friends five questions A: " What do you think about......? B:I think ...... is/are......... " . Continue until the table is filled. then the students write 5 sentences using the -ed form of the participle. e.g. John is bored with math. ( this can be tricky as there are several different prepositions that follow the participle).
