Phonics Uno Style Playing Cards (Alphabet flash cards)
I made these card for my Starter students. Given their age and ability, I play the game as that they just have to match the color and or the letter (to change the color) say the letter sound (or letter name, if that�s what you�re working on), to keep it very simple. Of course you can use them the way you might use alphabet or phonics mini-flash cards, like playing Snap, pelmanism, testing letter sounds/names, listen and raise, etc. etc.
The original file was in PowerPoint, which I lost with my hard drive failure, but I had a PDF copy I had stored on my phone to print. I�ve had to convert that to images and put them in a Word document and then compress it to meet this website�s requirements. I�m trusting the conversion is OK for printing. (You can adjust the size if you want)
With the PDF copy, I printed them on photo paper and laminated them. The cards looked amazing.
