This is a great activity to get familiar with each other, beyond the what´s-your-name-where-are-you-from things. It is about experiences and opinions. Cut up the cards and have the students pick one and ask each other to tell them about it. It´s a great warmer for intermediate students, although a rather simple activity. It´s also great to consolidate/revise verb tenses, especially the ones related to the past.
