Beast Battles - Comparatives Game worksheet

A card game for 2 players. Competitive version: Each play holds 3-5 beast cards in their hands at all times and chooses the best card for the battle. Random Version: Each player draws a random card from the beast deck for each battle. 1. A contest card is drawn from the contest deck. 2. Each player places a beast card (either from their hand or drawing from the beast deck). 3. Both players look at their cards stats. 4. The player who wins the contest says the comparative sentence (eg. A wolf is stronger than a squirrel). 5. The winner keeps both cards and the contest card is placed back in the contest deck. 6. Each player draws a new card from the beast deck (in competitive version). 7. Once all cards have been played, the player with the most cards wins (or they can re-use the cards and keep playing until one player has them all).
