Why not think of the very less privileged during these very troubled times. This beautiful forgotten song deals with WAR. After and while listening activities are proposed to help the students understand and speak about the subject. I thought this song was really apropriate to introduce the subject of war. I added a series of varied questions and exercises to elicit speaking and conversation, also to give a chance to the weaker ones. Exercises consist in answering questions about the song, a multiple choice exercise, a sentence building exercise and a fill in the gap exercise. I obviously added the key and some teacher´s notes. It has been more than a year since I uploaded anything. Hope you like it!
