Telephoning and Personal and Object Pronouns
For a trial training with call center agents on an elementary level I was asked to prepare a lesson on personal and object pronouns. Hence the slightly strange combination.
The document contains a dialogue with no pronouns to make the function of pronouns more obvious. There is a grammar explanation on the next page, as well as exercise and more work with the dialogue - so you can talk about some important telephoning phrases within the context, too.
Iīve also included some exercises on possessive pronouns and a key with teacherīs information (doesnīt show, but itīs there on page 5&6).
Hope you will find this useful. The trial lesson certainly went well. :-)
