Find two people who
This activity´, Find two people who, can be used in multiple ways. It includes various prompts such as: hate eating vegetables, support Madrid football team, favourite subject is Maths, have a pet cat, etc.
This can be used as a speaking activity where students move around asking their peers present simple questions such as, Do you hate eating vegetables?, Is your favourite subject Maths?, Do you have a pet cat?, etc. until they find two people who agree to each question prompt or until the students have asked every question. Focus on correct answers to each question, Yes, it is/No, it isnt, Yes, I do/No, I dont, etc.
The other way to make this worksheet more engaging and entertaining in some class environments is to make it a guessing game. Each student must try and guess two other students that would say Yes to each question prompt. After, as a whole group, or students could move around asking each other, it must be determined who in the class agrees with each question prompt. if students guess the names correctly they get a point. Whoever gets the most points, knows their classmates best and wins the guessing game.
