What X do you like Snakes and Ladders Short
Students take turns moving around the board asking the question "What X do you like?" When a player lands on a space, the others must ask them, for example, "What food do you like?" I have played this successfully with 5 year old students over ZOOM, so I think it can work well with any age level. This is a shorter version that can be played as an ice breaker. I have also uploaded a longer (20 min) version that has 50 spaces. It can go faster or slower depending on your luck. I think there should be more ladders than snakes, and there should be at least 1 ladder for every ten squares. The teacher can hide their rolls to purposely land on certain squares they want their students to practice! Some countries, such as Japan, are not familiar with the concept of sliding down snakes, so you might have to explain that! I have made many similar board games, so please check my user profile. Hope it helps!
