1) Go over the different phrases they can use for clarification focusing on pronunciation and intonation. 2) Put Ss in pairs and tell them to act out the conversations below. 3) Teacher goes around the class making sure Ss use the right intonation and pronounce words well. 4) Tell students to create short conversations in pairs in which they include questions for repetition. Teacher collects feedback and comments on the common errors being made.
