This is a worksheet that I designed for the teaching of music in class. I used this as a transparency and told the stds to fill in the missing information by themselves. I removed the name of the artist and they had to guess who it was. There is also an answer sheet attached. I used the song "Everytime" as a listening task as it is an inspirational song.
