English worksheet: Do you... Signature Bingo Do you... Signature Bingo

A very simple class activity for pattern practice of "Do you..." questions. Each student marks 4 spaces in the grid. These are the questions to which he will answer, "Yes, I do." Students go around the classroom, and ask the questions. If they get a "Yes, I do" answer, that student signs their sheet. Students try to get 4 signatures in a row for bingo.
