STOP!
THIS GAME IS CALLED "STOP!"
Form groups of at least 3 people. – let them each choose categories in which they think they’re good at.
Have one of them begin to say the alphabet (but only “A”) loudly, the rest of the alphabet is said mentally.
Another participant in the group says stop.
The group writes words into the category field that begin with the letter the person was stopped at.
(examples are given)
5 points go to those who have the same name written into the category as someone else in the same group
10 points go to those who have a name written that no one else has
20 points go to those who have something written in a category that no one else managed to fill-in
GREAT FOR PRACTICING THE ALPHABET AND ELEMENTARY VOCABULARY, ALSO VOCABULARY IN GENERAL, FROM INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED AND EVEN TECHNICAL.
My participants of every level and group love playing this as a WARM-UP activity
Have fun!
