English worksheet: Feeling good/Feeling bad Feeling good/Feeling bad

Here is a worksheet i made for my early middle school students about feelings. it is designed to widen students´ vocabulary, as I find students are limited in their abilities to express how they feel in english. Firstly, cut out the feeling wortds and the 2 categories - Feeling good and feeling bad. In small groups, students should categorise and consider the meanings of the feeling words. next students should demonstrate their understanding of the vocabulary by filling in the blanks of the example sentences. From here, the lesson can be expanded with students brainstorming their own feeling words, and using them in sentances for writing and speaking practice. Good luck! P.S. There is an accompanying powerpoint presentation on this site, entitled "Feeling good/Feeling bad".
