Forty Questions 1 Forty Questions 1

This is a list of 40 trivia questions that I developed as a way to help my higher students learn and think more about the outside world since they are a little isolated here in China. What you do is write the numbers 1-40 on the board. Divide the class into teams. One player at a time from each team will choose a number and then the teacher will ask the corresponding question. If the student gets it correct you erase or cross out the number. If they get it wrong circle the number so everyone knows that question has been asked. Award one point or whatever you choose and then winner is the team with the most points at the end of class or whenever you decide to end it. Update: There are 2 questions that I forgot about in this edition of 40 questions. There are specific to my school so they will be useless for you unless you want to adapt them for your schools. I will update this sheet and resubmit it.
