English worksheet: How much is it? How much is it?

This worksheet can be used for listening, writing and formulating questions and answers. Teacher tells students the price of each item and the student writes it in. Then the student completes the questions and answers. Prices can be acurate or made up. I have used it both ways. It is posted here with acturate prices, but you can also use numbers 1-20 or whatever your students know.
