This questionnaire lets students practice the question and answer forms of ´used to´. I have them ask their partner a question about their childhood using the prompt words given and ´use to/used to´ and the write down their partner´s answer. This can be extended by having partners switch and tell about the person they interviewed (e.g. She used to live in Seoul.)
