Inserting Simple past and present perfect
Students are required to fill in appropriate verb forms in the simple past (Exrecise 1) and present perfect (Exercise 2). You could ask them to fill in the verb forms without telling them which tense to use, as some will recognise it without explanation, or you could also use this as a repetition exercise after explaining the tenses.
This worksheet was used for vocational students aged 16+ who had all studied those tenses before at previous schools.
