Quiz questions for esl students
This is a fun activity that takes the form of a quiz contest. The class is divided into 2 groups, each of which is given a worksheet. In it there are ten questions and 3 possible answers to each of the questions. The groups alternate to ask each of the questions to each other. If the teams know the answers without needing to resort to the 3 possible answers, they get 2 points. If they make use of them, then they only get 1 point. At the end the team with the most points is the winner.
My students really enjoy this activity, where they not only practise some English, but also revise their general knowledge!
