Circles Of My Life
This is just a very simple conversation activity. Students read the 14 sentences and then write down their answers in the boxes below using 3 words at most. There are only 12 circles so they must choose which 2 questions not to answer. Their answers must be written in random circles not in order. Next, students exchange their sheet with a partner and they have to guess why each answer was given. They get a point for each successful guess and then they have to ask a second question (when, where, why, how, who with etc..) to get more information. Itīs a nice activity before the Christmas holidays (as an alternative to the usual Christmas vocabulary) or as an ice-breaker. Class feedback is usually good fun too for 5 minutes or so.
