This is great for a first lesson of a large group of students. They walk around and ask classmates the questions. If classmates answers ´yes´ they can write down their names on the square. The first student to fill up their card with names is the winner. Afterwards, I pair up students so they can get to know each other better. Then, some of them can introduce their friends.
