Writing and reading in simple past tense
Itīs a storystarter exercise.Students will read the beginning of the text and they try to write end of it.They will write a paragraph using adjectives and verbs in simple past tense.Then they will read the text.End of the text is in the second page.Iīm sure they will write many different and enjoyable paragraphs.At the end you can give the end of the text.You may add names,nouns or different verbs and adjectives if you want a semi controlled activity.My students couldnīt write, I hope your students like it.Can you share your experinces when you use this text in your lesson?Iīll be happy as if I worked it with my students:))Text is from my high school book that I am using now.You can have a look www.go4english.com for more exercises.I got pictures from there.
