The student picks the comparative adjective and then thinks of another animal to compare it to. I donīt worry too much about whether they choose the absolute best comparative to use for that animal (e.g. a mouse is more intelligent than a beetle. I donīt say that maybe a īmore intelligentī should go with monkey).
I used this with a 7 year old Korean girl - animals is always a good them to use with kids.
