This graph should be printed out in color. Each child can name his/her favorite color. When the whole group has made their selection, look over the results: count each column and compare the numbers for each color. Write a summary. If possible, keep the graph (along with other graphs done with the children) in a notebook so they can be referred to over time as they grow in their understanding of math.
