PROBLEM PERSISTS: SOME OF THE IMAGES ARE NOT VISIBLE and PREVIEW & FONTS ARE SKEWED, PLEASE IGNORE--THIS WS DOWNLOADS JUST FINE :)
The K-W-L strategy stands for what I ´K´now, what I ´W´ant to learn, and what did I ´L´earn. By activating students´ background knowledge, it improves comprehension and can guide students through many learning experiences. This strategy can be used successfully with any topic, not just MLK. Typically, when applied it can introduce a topic and provide an opportunity for students to write about what was learned upon completion of the learning experience.
