Present perfect simple v. present perfect continuous
By studying examples of the two tenses in the context of sentences, I´ve tried to make clear the differences between the two tenses. Then the students are asked to fill in the correct forms of the verbs given in sixteen sentences. A text containing both forms of the tense has been added to show them being used in context. The students are asked to focus on the verbs used and to try to decide why that particular form of the verb has been used.
