Small flashcards to introduce likes and dislikes. T. shows sts the flashcards one by one asking them: "Do you like ... (ice-cream)?" Students answer using the affirmative or negative form of the aux. verb "Do" (yes, I do/ No, I donīt.) Then, sts ask and answer the questions in pairs to know their partnersī preferences. Itīs useful to introduce general vocabulary (nouns and verbs).
