Using Frequency Adverbs
This worksheet includes 20 fill in the blank statements in which to describe the frequency of actions. At the top you will find a word bank with 10 frequency adverbs to choose from. The top row includes adverbs with higher frequency (always, often, usually) and the bottom row has lower frequency adverbs (seldom, almost never, never). Add your own, if you like: rarely, hardly ever, never ever, etc. I would recommend illustrating the phrases on a line (a continuum) on the board, from most frequent to less.
