´CHAIN REACTION´ GAME
Useful game (4 pages) to focus attention, build up team work and practice general understanding in English. I don’t remember where I’ve seen this idea, but students really love it and laugh a lot while playing with the language. Each student receives a small piece of paper (see the chart I’ve prepared) with a secret instruction, but they must do it in the right order after a classmate has performed his/hers. I use a chronometer, because from time to time they try to improve their GROUP record. DON’T FORGET TO HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER FOR EACH STUDENT. For example, if you have 20 students you use the first 20 instructions, and mix them up in an envelope. Students take a piece of paper and then they have to wait and discover when to perform it in the final chain of actions. ;)
