This is a simple holiday board game for your students to play while learning a little about the culture and traditions associated with Saint Patrick’s Day. Students throw a die and move their markers around the board-this usually works best in a group of 3 or 4 students. When a student lands on a space he/she should ask a question in the Present Perfect Tense. Each of the other students must answer the question either in the negative or the affirmative also in the Present Perfect Tense telling the truth about her/himself. It is a good idea to explain all of the phrases before starting the game. It is also a good idea to review the irregular past participles before starting the game.
