English worksheet: Have sth Done and Macbeth Have sth Done and Macbeth

Tell your students the story of Macbeth in brief or ask them to read the original text by Shakespeare as homework (depending on their level of English) and then ask them to do the exercise which is good to practive the "to have sth done" form. ((I based the test on an old course book but as I no longer have it, I cannot write it´s authors nor title, I´m sorry.)
