If I Had a Million Dollars (cloze exercise)
Helpful particularly in listening portions of language classes: students listen to a song, played repeatedly and as many times as they need it, and they fill in the blank English word on the sheet.
This particular song also teaches the conditional tense, and it is helpful for use AFTER you have taught the grammar and structure of the tense. Plus, your students will enjoy the Barenaked Ladies´ humor.
