Reading Comprehension - My Homeland
This is a reading lesson based on the topic "My Homeland". Students read a short text about a girl from Cyprus who describes her country. Comprehension and vocabulary activities, as well as grammar (present simple vs present continuous). There are 2 writing activities. My students were very enthusiastic about the last writing activity and we changed it into a larger project - they created powerpoint presentations about their native countries. I hope you´ll find this useful! ;-)
