Scattergories
Fun game based on the board game. Great for ESL and native speakers. Teacher gives class a letter, and students (in groups of 2-4) write down a word in that category beginning with the chosen letter. Each round is timed for 2 minutes. At the end, students recite their list and gain a point ONLY if they have a unique answer that none of the other groups has. Always a success in my intermediate to advanced ESL classe!
